Created within the Siksika Nation, the Blackfoot Crossing Historical Park commemorates the signing of Treaty No. 7 between the Crown and Blackfoot nations in 1877. The canopy of the main entrance was created using Vanceva® Color by Saflex®, and is meant to resemble a native headdress. In the midday sun, the unique glass canopy casts a bold and very colorful shadow.
